Several bits about last two weeks February 21, 2006

It’s a little sad that wordpress.com was blocked in the Mainland of China. Fortunately, I still can access it in my office.
- Taotao did not come back to Shanghai with us when we came back from Ningbo at the end of Spring Festival. So my wife and I can enjoy several days of life. We spent a week end and several evenings on watching the first season of “Desperate Wives”. I would say it’s a good soup opera. There are many interesting quotes from it.
- Went out having a dinner with my wife in the Valentine’s Day.
- Taotao came back to Shanghai in the last weekend. So life is full of happies and funs again! A child is gift from God. It’s really true!
- The last thing is a bug of NetworkManager I found yesterday in Ubuntu Dapper. After one day of investigation I gave up. I reported it first on the Ubuntu forums. The response is very fast. In a few minutes, one user confirmed my issue and filed a bug for me. And in three hours, it got fixed. It’s wonderful!
Some guys said that wordpress.com is blocked because of the debut of wordpress at my.donews.com. I promise that I will never blog there.
